This 1500 sq. ft. house had been vacant for several years after going into foreclosure when we purchased it in May 2009. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large backyard it has a lot of potential but needs a complete restoration. Plans call for opening up the front porch to restore the original appearance of the house and new roof, gutters, and siding. The inside will receive updated plumbing and electrical, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations and new paint, floor coverings, and light fixtures. It is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2009.
